Pai-Feng "Victor" Teng is the Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Graduate from the University of California, Davis in 2009 and the University of Hawaii, Manoa in 2014, Victor has 9 years of experience in GIS/cartography and environmental science experiences and worked as a GIS specialist at Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SWWRPC), with 4 years of research in mapping and hydrology at University of Minnesota.
Victor's research interest includes storage-discharge relation, geospatial analysis, and machine learning application of hydrology. Currently, Victor is working on the thesis on downscaling of storage-discharge relation with knowledge-guided machine learning (KGML)
