Dr. K. S. Hari Prasad is currently a Professor in the Civil Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He received his PhD in Water Resources from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1996. Dr. Prasad has published more than sixty research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conducted several research projects. His research activities are mainly in the field of Irrigation Engineering and Fluvial Hydraulics.
