Mina received her Ph.D. in Watershed Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech, M.S. in hydrology and water resources engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB), and B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from the Sharif University of Technology (SUT). Her research interests are hydrology and water resources, urban stormwater management and planning, and water quality monitoring and modeling.
