Expertise in water resource modeling and management, especially watershed management, design of stormwater systems and groundwater management. Dr. Culver has been recognized with the Margaret Petersen Award, the Walter L. Huber Award, and the Service to the Institute Award. She has received an NSF CAREER award and has been the director of the undergraduate program in civil engineering at the University of Virginia. Wahoowa!
