Principal Civil Engineer
Clark County Regional Flood Control District
Brian Rowley is a principal engineer at the Regional Flood Control District where he is responsible for overseeing the planning, analysis, design, and construction of flood control capital improvement projects. He graduated from BYU in 2006 with a Master’s Degree in Water Resource Engineering and a business management minor. He has worked for 16 years in the Las Vegas Valley on CIP projects, FEMA studies, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling jobs, and other water resource projects. He spent 11 years in the private sector with Atkins consulting firm before switching to the public sector where he has worked 5 years for the Flood Control District. He enjoys being outdoors, coaching volleyball, playing ridiculous amounts of pickleball, chasing his 6 kids around to their various activities, and working with awesome people in Southern Nevada to make it a great place to live.
