Lee P. Leon holds a BSc, MSc and PhD in Civil Engineering and is currently a Lecturer in Highway/Pavement Engineering, Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, The University of the West Indies. He is a young academic who has authored or co-authored in peer reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and several technical reports. He has also worked on research on behalf of state and private agencies in the area of pavement materials and performance. His area of research also includes the use of soft computing techniques in civil engineering applications. Dr Leon holds membership in CIHT (member), ASCE (associated member), APETT (member) and ISAP (voting member).
