Andrea Welker, PhD., PE, ENV SP, F.ASCE is Dean of the School of Engineering and Professor of Civil Engineering at The College of New Jersey. Prior to joining TCNJ she was Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Engineering and a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Villanova University. Dr. Welker's research combines her interest in geotechnical and water resources engineering. She is part of research teams studying stormwater control measures at both the local and watershed scale. Dr. Welker is a past Chair of the Civil Engineering Division of the American Society for Engineering Education. She is currently serving as the Civil Engineering Division’s liaison to ASCE.
