Dr. Ansar is the Section Chief of the Applied Hydraulics Section at the South Florida Water Management District. He has 25 years of experience planning, designing, and implementing water resources projects. He has extensive background in hydraulic engineering and applied fluid mechanics including hydraulic laboratory experiments, flow computations at water control structures, and numerical modeling at pump intakes.
