Gopinathan R. Abhijith

Dr. Abhijith is working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa. He is part of a German-Israeli collaborative project aiming to develop technologies for digital monitoring and control of water quality in water distribution systems. Dr. Abhijith received his Ph. D. degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India. Dr. Abhijith was the selected candidate from India in 2019 for participating in the Government of Taiwan-sponsored international workshop on 'Promoting Sustainable Protection and Restoration of Soil, Groundwater and Water Environment' held at National Cheng Kung University Tainan. Dr. Abhijith's research interests include hydraulic and quality analysis of water distribution systems and environmental systems modeling. Dr. Abhijith has published 14 papers and authored six conference proceedings.
