Edward is the supervisor of the Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling team within the Planning and Environmental Services Unit at the Philadelphia Water Department. The mission statement of our team is to provide technically detailed hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality modeling and analyses to support decision making in planning support, program evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Our group also continues to utilize models to evaluate the performance benefits of various system improvement scenarios.
