Afiya Narzis is a Water Resources Engineering graduate (B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering) from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). She is a Civil Engineering Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Arlington working on green stormwater infrastructure strategies for vulnerable coastal communities.
Her primary research interest is the application of hydrological modeling, stormwater management techniques, and remote sensing in solving intricate water-related issues. She likes to read books and explore new places and foods.
