Dr. Morse has been the lead CFD modeler for 13 years at CH2M HILL, now Jacobs, a global engineering services consulting firm, within their Advanced Hydraulics Group. He has applied CFD analysis to a wide variety of engineering problems around the globe including water and wastewater treatment facilities, CSO’s, deep tunnel dropshafts, dams, rivers, storage reservoirs, and pump stations. In addition, he supports and provides input to the ongoing development of the software based on his experience and understanding of the code and underlying hydraulic concepts. He is a co-author of the Pumping Intakes chapter of the ASCE’s recent book “Computational Fluid Dynamics – Applications in Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Treatment”.
