Xin Zhou is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Morgan State University. With a Ph.D. in Geophysics/Geomorphology from the University of Houston, her research focuses on stormwater management, climate change, sea-level rise, and land subsidence. She has published several journal papers and presented at conferences, contributing significantly to understanding natural subsidence rates and coastal changes. Additionally, she holds a graduate certificate in GIS and has extensive experience in teaching and mentoring, as well as involvement in various research projects and professional organizations.
