Dr. Glenn Moglen is a research hydrologist with the Agricultural Research Service. He is laboratory head of the Hydrology and Remote Sensing Laboratory located in Beltsville, MD. His research focuses primarily on surface water modeling, rainfall-runoff behavior, and effects of urbanization and climate change on hydrologic processes.
