Célia Ralha

Célia Ralha holds a PhD from the University of Leeds, England (1996) and an MSc from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA (1990). She is Associate Professor IV (retired) at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Brasília (UnB), where she served as coordinator of the Bachelor of Computer Science (2004-2006) and head of the department during two subsequent terms (2006-2010). She is an active researcher in the field of intelligent information systems, particularly using agent-based models. She has a research interest in the treatment of information and knowledge.
