Miriam Tariq is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and her M.S. in Civil Engineering from UT Austin. Her research involves using a socio-technical systems approach to identify solutions to water infrastructure-related challenges in varying contexts. She is interested in the intersection of water infrastructure and public policy.
