Leif Albertson’s interests include public health, environmental health, gardening, nutrition and residential energy issues. He is a statewide expert on several rural public health issues, including indoor air quality, food policy (specifically connections between community gardens and health) and water fluoridation. He also teaches food preservation and food safety and is based in Bethel.
