Kristen Macuga is an Associate Professor in the School of Psychological Science at Oregon State University and the Director of the Cognition and Action in Real and Virtual Environments (CARVE) Lab. She received her PhD in Psychological & Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Macuga is an engineering psychologist who studies the cognitive and perceptual processes underlying human performance and decision making in applied domains, such as transportation, automation, learning, and human-computer interaction.
