Efrain Noa-Yarasca is a Research Assistant at Texas A&M Agrilife, TAMU. Hr received his PhD in Water Resources at Oregon State University. His research is focused on evaluating decision making of Environmental Decision Support System (EDSS) end-users on adopting conservation practice plans to face global watershed issues such as flooding, water quality, droughts, erosion, among others. His work has also focused on improving the stream temperature model by including explicit equations for the transfer of mass and energy, and by considering Machine Learning techniques. For this purpose, he has been trained in advanced classes of hydrology, geo-visualization, artificial intelligence, data management, advance statistics, among others. The important works of geo-visualization of him can be seen in the following links: Sea Level Rise Migration Project (https://jakobzhao.github.io/slr/about.html), WRESTORE EDSS (http://wrestore.oregonstate.edu/)
