Dr. Rehmann’s research in environmental fluid mechanics focuses on measuring and modeling fate and transport of contaminants in rivers, lakes, oceans, and groundwater. Recent projects have involved reducing nutrient export from farmland, environmental effects of an alternative deicers, measurement of mixing and dispersion in rivers, and environmental injustice arising from flooding.
