Craig Fairbaugh is a Regional Regulatory Manager for Contech Engineered Solutions where he works with state and municipal agencies to achieve compliance with stormwater manufactured treatment devices. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Portland State University. Craig is also a member of the EWRI Urban Water Resources Research Council and chair of the EWRI Media Filtration Committee.
