Dr. Y. Jeffrey (Jeff) Yang is a Senior Scientist with the U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development. His major R&D activities center around urban planning, water programs, infrastructure renewal and adaptation for climate resilience and socioeconomic sustainability. He has published extensively in these areas and is active in the federal initiatives and international programs on climate change. He is a registered professional engineer with large-scale environmental and capital improvement projects over the U.S. and overseas.
