Jane Clary is a Vice-president and Principal Water Resources Scientist with Wright Water Engineers in Denver, where she has focused on water quality issues, stormwater, watershed management and water conservation for almost 30 years. Jane has helped develop and manage the International Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Database (www.bmpdatabase.org) and is involved with on-going effort to update Volume 3 of the Urban Storm Drainage Criteria Manual for Mile High Flood District.
