Jerry is the Chief of Water Resources for the Fort Worth District, US Army Corps of Engineers. Prior to this position Jerry served as Chief of Water Management for the district. The Water Resources Branch manages 25 multi-purpose reservoirs, and conducts hydrologic investigations for watershed across Texas. In 2014 Jerry worked with FEMA, the U.S. Geological Service and the National Weather Service to establish the Inter-agency Flood Risk Management Team (InFRM) for the Texas region. This team works collaboratively on flood risk related initiatives like NOAA Atlas 14. Jerry has a broad range of experience including over 25 years with the federal government and 10 years in the private sector. He has worked on a variety of infrastructure projects, including transportation, water and waste water as well as numerous studies within the region, nationally and across the world.
