Kassidy O’Malley is a PhD candidate in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at Marquette University. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Currently, she is completing her doctoral research with funding through the NSF graduate research fellowship program. Her research focuses on the occurrence of antibiotic resistance in urban stormwater runoff and it’s impact on receiving aquatic and soil environments.
