Experience in formulation, management and supervision of hydraulic and hydrological studies for irrigation, energy, mining and environmental purposes. Specialist in the formulation and development of pre-investment studies, ecological and economic zoning in cross-border Amazonian areas, development and application of hydrological and hydraulic simulation models and optimization of water resources development systems. Evaluator in national scholarship competitions for postgraduate studies in science and technology in Peruvian universities. Member of the Peruvian Association of Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental (APIHA).
