Sock Fang HEW is a Senior Assistant Director with the Water Supply Network (WSN) Department of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. She oversees the team managing the network asset data and the Smart Water Grid (SWG) System. Her team actively looks out for solutions that leverage smart technologies to constantly enhance the Department’s efficiency in planning and operations.
