Clark County Regional Flood Control District
Andrew Trelease is the Assistant General Manager for the Clark County Regional Flood Control District. He joined the District in November 2001 and worked as a Principal Engineer and Engineering Director prior to becoming the Assistant General Manager in 2017.
Andrew is an active member of the flood control and stormwater quality management community. He has served on several regional committees, including Nevada Silver Jackets, the Floodplain Management Association Board, and the Stormwater Quality Management Committee. At the District, Andrew oversees the Engineering, Flood Safety and Administration departments. He is actively involved in managing programs and services such as flood control master planning, environmental mitigation, and floodplain management.
Andrew received his civil engineering license in Nevada in 1998. Prior the District, he worked as a private land development and flood control engineer for eight years. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1993.
