Currently enrolled in the Environmental and Conservation Sciences program in the department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at North Dakota State University, Mosammat Mustari Khanaum is a second-year Ph.D. student. She received the degree of Master of Science in Hydrology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. As part of her current research, she examines the role of wetlands in reducing sediment and nutrient loads from impaired watersheds.
