Camilo Salcedo is a Ph.D. student at The University of Arizona, majoring in Hydraulics. Interested in combining knowledge from operational research, statistics, and Data Science with hydraulics to propose innovative solutions to the water industry. Currently working on the development of Early-Warning Systems (EWS) to prevent contamination events in water supply networks, considering different sources of information such as customer-related, public health, water quality, and the state of the infrastructure.
