Heather Gacek is a water resources engineer with the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (GCDWR) Technical Services Division. Since joining GCDWR's Watershed Improvement Program, her focus has been on watershed management, green stormwater infrastructure, monitoring, and public outreach related to these efforts. Heather is working to preserve the water supply for Gwinnett and those downstream through a focus on watershed health. Other experience includes water resources planning and management, reservoir system modeling, and developing decision support tools.
