Dr. Ronald Kaiser is Chair of the Water Management & Hydrological Science program and a Professor with the Department of Rangeland, Wildlife & Fisheries Management at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. His research interests primarily include water law, groundwater management, water marketing, urban water conservation, recreational water access, and water policy analysis. Since 2014, he has been a principal investigator of BVWaterSmart, a proactive water conservation campaign in the Texas Brazos Valley. BVWaterSmart has helped the City of College Station conserve millions of gallons of water in reduced residential outdoor water use, helping earn the program statewide recognition in 2019 through the Texas Blue Legacy Award and the Texas Environmental Excellence Award.
