Anne MacDonald, CEG, is a fluvial geomorphologist specializing in stream enhancement, sediment transport, and stormwater management. In her current position, she is developing programmatic approaches and tools for urban stream corridor enhancement in support of Clean Water Services’ municipal stormwater permit provisions to control runoff volumes from new development. Previously, she managed the stormwater regulatory program for the City of Lake Oswego, Oregon and spent 25 years in consulting. She has a BS in Geological Sciences from the University of Washington and did graduate work at the University of California Santa Barbara. She is a past board member of the Oregon Association of Clean Water Agencies and the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists, and past president of River Restoration Northwest.
