Mindy Hills is a R&D Project Manager at Contech Engineered Solutions and has worked in the stormwater industry for 20 years. She is responsible for product development and evaluation, and media quality control for stormwater treatment. Hills received her BS in Environmental Studies from Randolph-Macon College, minoring in Biology and Political Science. Hills holds a MS degree in Horticulture with a soil science concentration from Virginia Tech.
