Madeline Howell is primarily involved with hydraulic modeling and analysis at PACE. She has developed numerous one-dimensional (1D), two-dimensional (2D), and combined 1D-2D hydraulic models of surface flow and storm drain networks. Additionally, Ms. Howell has experience with sediment transport modeling and calculations and is well-versed in hydrologic modeling and analysis. She has prepared applications for FEMA Letter of Map Changes, including conditional letters of map revision (CLOMR), letters of map revision (LOMR), and LOMR-fill (LOMR-F). Ms. Howell has been involved in flood control design projects including streambank stabilization, open channel design, and storm drain design. She is proficient with the HEC-1, HEC-HMS, WMS, HEC-RAS, WSPG, HEC-6T, MIKE, and XPSWMM software packages.
